Log into your DTK account and select the 'Return Item' option next to your order history to generate a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Prepare the Device
Factory reset your device to remove personal data and pack it securely in its original packaging including all cables, manuals, and accessories.
Ship to DTK
Affix the prepaid shipping label provided in your portal to the box and drop it off at any authorized carrier location within 7 days of your request.
Inspection and Refund
Our technicians will inspect the hardware for original condition, and once approved, your refund or exchange will be processed within 3-5 business days.
